Update
We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
Posted Jan 07, 2022 - 13:00 UTC
Scheduled
Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1 are security protocols for establishing encrypted channels over computer networks, ensuring data integrity and privacy. Due to security vulnerabilities, ResDiary will no longer support these depreciated versions as of 1st February 2022.

We will follow a simulation approach prior to 1st February 2022, disabling support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 across all ResDiary services for a period of time. This is to allow customers and integrators to see the places that these protocols may still be in use.

Simulations
- 17 January, 2022: For 24 hours starting 09:00 UTC
- 24 January, 2022: For 48 hours starting 09:00 UTC

Removal
- 1 February, 2022 09:00 UTC

Who is affected?
This change will affect anyone who accesses ResDiary services from an older web browser or a device running an older operating system that is not compatible with TLS 1.2, including older ePOS systems.

To ensure data integrity and privacy please click here to check that your browser supports the recommended minimum TLS 1.2 protocol and please click here to view supported versions. TLS 1.0 and 1.1 will not be supported from 1st February 2022.
