Azure have notified us of planned maintenance to our Login database tonight, this maintenance follows some maintenance last night that we did not anticipate causing any disruption but which may have caused login errors for some user for a few minutes.

The following is the message we have received from Azure:
"This notification is for previously scheduled maintenance to your Azure SQL Database instance(s) in West Europe. Unfortunately, maintenance is taking longer than expected. Maintenance is currently paused and will be resumed at 20:00 UTC on 12 Oct 2021 and is expected to complete by 04:00 UTC on 13 Oct 2021."
