Degraded performance on AU diaries

Access to AU diaries was slow from 6:09am - 6:52am (UTC) on 16/12/2019.
This slow speed was an unexpected knock-on effect from one of our AU databases having a problem at the start of the incident.
The diary took a while to recover and we have investigated the underlying issue which caused the slow recovery.
The issue has been identified and we are in the process of fixing the problem
